Speakers' Presentations
Each session room will be equipped
with one data projector and one screen. Note that a
microphone
will only be provided
in a few larger session rooms only. If you require additional
AV equipment, please contact your Session Chair immediately.
All efforts will be made to accommodate as many requests
as possible.
Session room locations will be specified in the Final
Program. Speakers are expected to bring in their own laptops
or precoordinate other options with their Session Chair.
Unless otherwise instructed by the Session Chair, Speakers
have 12 minutes for their presentation and 3 additional
minutes for questions and answers.
Speakers’ Meeting
Speakers who are presenting papers and Session Chairs
will meet for a short briefing the morning of their
presentations
at 0730–0800 hours. Room location will be specified
in the final program.
Speakers’ Practice
A room will be set aside for Speakers wishing to practice
their presentations beginning Sunday, 26 September,
through Wednesday, 29 September. A sign-up sheet with
30-minute
increments will be posted on the door. Speakers may
indicate on this sheet when they will be using this
room. Room
assignments will be in the final program.
