VTC 2005-Fall have negotiated discounted rates for transportation to the conference hotel for all attendees, between September 18, 2005 and October 4, 2005.
The coupon below entitles conference attendees to travel between Dallas Ft Worth International OR Dallas Love Field Airport, by shared ride Shuttle service, at $15.00 per person per direction to the Hotel Intercontinental.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:
- Claim your luggage.
- Locate the Ground Transportation Information Board in baggage claim proceed to the “Shared Ride” area (upper level). Look for the orange sign that says “SuperShuttle”
- Guest service Representative will arrange SuperShuttle service to your destination. Identify yourself to the Guest Service agent/ Driver that you are staying at the Hotel Intercontinental and you will be transported to your hotel. Only board a shuttle that is blue and yellow and clearly reads “SuperShuttle” on the side, we do not use any other vans, and no other type of van will be sent for you.
