A block of rooms at a special rate of 1500sek per night
single/double (includes VAT and breakfast) is offered to
attendees of VTC2005 Spring. The special rate will be available
until 16 April, 2005. The block will be filled on a first-come,
first-served basis.
Make your reservations early, as the hotel will begin
releasing the blocked rooms as follows:
16 February 2005 30% of rooms not confirmed will be released.
16 March 2005 30% of rooms not confirmed will be released.
31 March 2005 30% of rooms not confirmed will be released.
16 April 2005 Balance of rooms (10%) not confirmed will
be released.
Reservation requests made after 16 April 2005 are subject
to availability at the hotel’s normal rates. Be sure to
ask for the special IEEE VTC2005 conference rate when making
your reservations.

Stockholm Arlanda Airport has three railway stations: one
for long-distance destinations and two for frequent express
trains to Stockholm. Taxis run from directly outside the
terminal. When taking a taxi, passengers should speak to
a taxi coordinator, found outside the terminal building.
Bus stations are outside Terminals 2, 4, and 5.
Stockholm has an excellent T-Banen subway system, as well
as a bus and streetcar network. Taxis are also available.
