The rates are per room-per night in Singapore dollars, and are subject to 10% service charge and thereafter 7% goods & services tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Rates are applicable for reservations during 8–17 May 2008.

Please Note: The final cut-off date is Wednesday 12 March 2008. Following this date, all reservations will be subject to availability. VTS cannot guarantee that the negotiated rate will be available after 12 March 2008.

To make a reservation at the discounted VTC rate, please register at the Pan Pacific website using the Group Code OR email/fax a completed reservation form directly to the hotel. Be sure to include the cardholder's signature for credit/debit card reservations.

--All reservations are subject to confirmation by the Hotel. Should there be any cancellation for confirmed individual reservations with less than 72 working hours' notice given to the Hotel prior to the arrival date, a one-night room charge will be applicable.
--Any amendment to each confirmed room reservation resulting in a reduced length of stay, will be subject to the full length of stay as confirmed during reservation.

EXECUTIVE BUSINESS FLOORS

The Executive Business Floors from Level 20-21 & 23-27 of the Hotel comprises of 171 Executive Business Rooms and 26 Suites. The privileges offered are especially tailored towards providing for business travellers' every need beginning with round-the-clock access to the Executive Centre on Level 22. A modern collection of business offices and meeting spaces, a dedicated Business Concierge provides a complete suite of business and secretarial services including laptops and mobile phones for rent at a nominal charge.
