Request a Visa Assistance Letter
Attendees from some countries, notably the Peoples' Republic of China, will require a visa to attend the conference. Full details may be obtained here.
To obtain a visa to attend this conference, you will be required to present a letter from the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society to the Embassy or Consulate when filling out your application. We are happy to write this letter provided that you have registered and prepaid the appropriate fee for the conference. Please visit our registration site if you have not already done so. Once your registration is complete please make note of your confirmation number and amount paid (you will need to provide these on the visa letter request form). Registrants will receive a visa letter sent via Airmail and email by filling out the form below completely.
Visa requests will be processed from January 2008 until 30th April 2008. Letter requests cannot be processed after this date.

N.B. Some embassies may not accept emailed letters. Therefore VTS recommend that you request a physical letter, and ensure that your request is submitted well in advance, to allow adequate time for your letter to arrive. |
The Singapore Government may validate registrants requesting a visa with the IEEE VTC2008-Spring Registration Database. If the original registrant cannot attend and is designating a substitute the database needs to be updated or visa will be denied.
The registrant is responsible to make these changes with IEEE Conference Services.
