Prospective workshop organizers should send a proposal to workshop co-chairs, Prof. Nirwan Ansari and Prof. Nei Kato, containing the following information.
- Title of the workshop (full name and short name/abbreviation)
- Objectives, scope and contribution to the main conference (up to 1 page)
- Short bio of the key organizers
- Number of papers scheduled to be accepted
- Tentative list of program committee members
